Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens. Please read the following carefully:
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full
Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule your session, an alternative date or refund will be offered.

Completed sessions are non-refundable
Refunds are not offered based on personal interpretation of results or outcomes
