Past Life Vows
Our soul incarnates for many lifetimes, with the purpose of evolving at the level of the soul. This means our soul wishes to learn through experience, and these experiences can vary in gentleness or extremes. When incarnating on Earth, our soul knows that once incarnated as a human body, there is a separation. This is a separation from consciousness; from the knowing we are all a spark of divine light, a separation from our soul, and the knowing all souls come from the same Source.
The soul’s journey throughout various experiences and incarnations is ultimately to learn and remember. To find its way back to love, back home to Source. During incarnations on Earth, our Soul may choose incarnations that involve a making contracts or taking vows. A lifetime spent in a religious organisation for example, might involve taking vows of poverty or sacrifice. Vows to suffer or abdicate are other examples of past life vows.
Past Life Vow Release
Vows that end on death in that lifetime, finish on death of the human body. Marriage vows are a classic example as we take them ‘til death do us part’. However, vows can be made for eternity, and if this happens the vow needs formerly releasing for us to truly live freely. Our soul will hold onto invocations such as vows, pacts and contracts until a formal vow release is made and any beings holding the vow in place also released.
Past life vow release also needs to be made across all realities, as our soul may be experiencing an incarnation, or parallel life, in another realm at this time. Vows taken in alternate realms can affect our human incarnation on Earth. Our soul is vast, and multiple incarnations can be playing out simultaneously.
Vows with Dark Entities
Some vows can be made with lower vibrational beings connected to the dark, and these vows may need additional focus to release and clear. Our soul often chooses to incarnate in a variety of roles, playing the character that will bring the most learning. This can and will include playing roles out that are connected with darker or lower vibrations. When playing these roles, we are also being of service to other beings, as it gives them opportunity to experience shadow, and fully see their own shadow self.
Ultimately, most people incarnate on Earth currently are likely to have vows, pacts or contracts playing out at some level. It is worth finding a spiritual practitioner who can support you with a vow or contract release. A good spiritual healing practitioner will also be able to research how many vows are affecting you at this time, and the specific types of vow at play. Vow or contract release may need doing more than once, so again, this is worth bearing in mind.
